Bought this for my son for his PS4, it's got great storage for his games and runs great with his system, easy to set up and use with no problems at all. He loves it so I'm happy too. Only drawback is that it gets hot after extended use, which begs to ask why doesn't it come with a stand or ventilation to keep it cool? We've had to set up a way for it to stay cool but he still has to stop playing to let it cool down some, it's not shut off for overheating but I don't want it to melt or burn up because of the heat. Other than that it works just great.
It was really really easy to setup as my PS4 external drive. The console recognized it immediately and was easily able to move whatever I wanted to the drive. Being able to access any game I own without ever having to delete a game to make room for another is amazing. That is a problem I no longer deal with and as someone with ADD being able to switch up the game whenever is really great. I have well over 150 full games on the drive and still have 4tb of space left. It's a crazy amount of space and kinda makes me laugh. I've been using it for about 9 months and have had zero issues whatsoever. Especially for 8tb and being programmed to work on a PS4 it's great, and it's a good price too... you really cant go wrong if that's what you are looking for. It's a game changer, pun intended.
